These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the Unique mobile application (“App”, “Service”) operated by Univi Group sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscription and Payments

Unique offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription details — including pricing, duration, trial availability, and billing cycles — are transparently listed on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Subscription Management

You can manage or cancel your subscription:

      • Directly via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store

      • Or within the Unique mobile app, under the Settings page.

    Please note that iOS subscriptions are fully managed by Apple, and Unique does not have access to modify, cancel, or refund these purchases. All refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policies.

    Android Refund Policy

    Android users may apply for a refund within 14 days after the end of the trial period. Refund requests made after this window will not be considered.

    We always strive to support our users and process eligible refunds quickly. However, Unique reserves the right to decline a refund if we detect attempts to misuse or take advantage of the system.

    3. User Content

    You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the App. By using Unique, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide you with the intended functionality, such as mood tracking, routines, and personal insights.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

        • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

        • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it

        • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App

      6. Disclaimer

      The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice.

      7. Termination

      We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
