Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the Univi mobile application (“App”, “Service”) operated by Univi Group sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

2. Subscription Terms

Univi offers auto-renewable subscriptions with the following options:

  • Monthly subscription: Renews each month. Users are charged immediately upon purchase.
  • Yearly subscription: Renews annually. Includes a free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled beforehand.

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account and can be canceled at any time. Auto-renewal must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal charges.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the App. By using Univi, you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide you with the intended functionality, such as mood tracking, routines, and personal insights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any part of it
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach these Terms.
